Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched by the next business day at the latest. Shipping is free on orders over €30 within Europe. For orders of €30 or below, the shipping fee is added at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it via your account. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and is typically between 1–3 business days. The courier company may notify you via SMS prior to delivery, where available.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact our customer service while the courier is still present. Shipping services are not available on weekends or public holidays.
