Return & Refund Policy

The following policy applies to order cancellations and returns.

Once the returned items are received by Makewell Accessories LTD, the refund process will be completed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For credit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank. For installment payments, refunds are applied in accordance with your bank’s installment schedule. For bank transfer or cash on delivery payments, refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after the required account details are provided.

Please ensure that returned items are sent with their original invoice and packaging. Items that are damaged or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
